Like the idea of a boot camp but don’t want to worry about the weather?  Why not try my indoor circuit classes instead?

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for between 30 seconds and 2 minutes and then move on to another exercise.

Some exercises are aerobic activities, like stepping or skipping and some are muscle-strengthening activities using weights and kettlebells.

Each activity is completely adaptable to the individual meaning my class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Beginners use less weight and perform simpler moves than more-experienced exercisers, but everyone gets a good workout.
