These sessions are fully supervised in the gym by a qualified fitness instructor.
They involve a cardiovascular workout using bikes, treadmills, rowers, steppers and crosstrainers.
The individual can follow a general programme of exercise which can help improve general fitness, sport specific fitness and weight management.
The sessions are fun, enjoyable and a great way to make new friends.
